“Where does the Dress Rehearsal take place?”

Dress Rehearsal is taking place at Gibbsboro Elementary School located at 37 Kirkwood Road, Gibbsboro, NJ 08026 (the same location as the recital).
“What time is it & when does my child need to be there?”

Dress Rehearsal will begin at 10am and last approximately 1 hour. Students should arrive by 9:45am so we can begin promptly at 10am.
“Should my dancer arrive already dressed in their costume?”
“What is the studio hair style?”
“What should I do for make up?”
“If my dancer is in more than one routine, what should we do?”
“Are there dressing rooms?”
“Can I take photos and videos during the rehearsal?”
“Can I leave with my dancer after they’re done performing?”
“Should I stay for the duration of the Dress Rehearsal?”

Yes! A parent or guardian should stay for the duration of the dress rehearsal. There will be plenty of seating!
“Where do we go once we arrive at the school?”

Parents should park in the parking lot to the right of the school. Once you’ve parked, walk behind the school and enter the building through the door marked “13”, across from the playground.
YES! Dancers should arrive to the rehearsal in FULL COSTUME, with their hair and make up already done. This allows for a smooth running rehearsal.
Every dancer’s hair should be styled the same: a slicked, center part low ponytail. The hair piece should be pinned to the dancer’s right side (if applicable).
We have a fully detailed list of make up suggestions on our website. Be sure to click “Recital 2026”, then “Stage Make Up & Hair”.
Look at the costume sheet that was attached to your child’s costume to see which routine they are in first. Your dancer should come to the rehearsal in that costume and bring their other costume on a hanger.
Yes, the school bathrooms will be open for use.
Absolutely! A photographer will also be there taking professional group and single shots for purchase.
Yes! Once your dancer’s picture has been taken with their class and they’ve run their routine on the stage, dancers are free to leave.
